We have been manufacturing security products on the Redcliffe Peninsula for over 20 years and have concentrated on the wholesale market for more than 10 years. We are currently expanding our services to include:

 
Security Products - We offer a number of quality security products – manufactured on site – with excellent customer service at very competitive prices.  We offer 7mm Amplimesh, 7mm Riveted and 7mm Crimped product lines.


New Product – We are proud to announce that we will be introducing welded Aluminium doors and window grilles in the near future.  Customers will be notified when this product is ready for sale.


Powder Coating – At last! Our new and exciting “clean and green” powder coating plant is now operational.  We now offer 41 standard colours for our security products. (Turn-around times will vary)  Please check with office for powder coating costs if products are not standard colours.


Turn-around Times:  Turn-around times for our standard range of products including 7mm sliding and hinged doors, 7mm window grilles and insect doors and screens, is three working days – not including the day you place your order. All orders need to be received by 2.00pm to be processed that day.  Urgent order fees will be applied to orders required in less than this time.

Please note that our three day turn-around only applies to our original 12 colours (at this time) and does not include public holidays or week-ends.

Powder coating, Slidagrils, 316 Stainless and SupaScreen doors and windows require an extra two to five working days, and approximately 3 weeks for Fire Escape grilles.



Payments:   Payment is required on pick-up or delivery of your goods. We have Eftpos and Credit Card facilities available and Direct Deposits are always welcome (if made on day of delivery).  Please note that Credit Card payments will now incur a 1.5% bank re-charge fee as we can no longer absorb this cost.
 

Deliveries:  At the present time we offer a free delivery service for security products to the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Ipswich/Toowoomba areas.  Every effort is made to deliver to all customers promptly, but please bear in mind that we will not guarantee deliveries to be made by specified times. Also, we recommend that you do not book in any fitting jobs on the day that you are getting the products delivered.



Please note that as we are presently re-structuring our factory, we no longer have the space to store completed jobs.  Therefore could you please arrange to have all orders picked up or delivered within 7 days of completion.



NB:  Please be advised that all orders must be checked and signed for when delivered or picked up as Wholesale and Trade does not take any responsibility for “missing items”.



Standard Colours:  With the commencement of our powder coating plant we now offer 41 standard colours for all products.



Office Hours:  Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm. However, please check with the office on Fridays if you are picking-up as we have been known to close at 3.00 pm. We are closed for all public holidays and we shut-down the factory and office for two weeks around Christmas and New Year. Dates will be advised.  For the Brisbane Exhibition Holiday in August we close on the Wednesday.



Orders:  Order forms are available on request.  You can fax or e-mail your orders, however we will not take orders over the phone.  Please remember for hand written orders they need to be legible to avoid translation errors.



Lock Heights:  Lock heights are taken from the bottom of the door to the top of the lock punch out.



Deductions:  We do not do any deductions for you, however we are willing to offer advice if required.  Whatever size you give us is the size we will manufacture to, this includes sizes for double (French) doors.


Insect Screens:  Please advise us where you want Tabs fitted.  If not stipulated we put them on the outside of screen.


SupaScreen Doors:  To comply with Australian Standards and warranty conditions, all SupaScreen hinged and sliding doors must be manufactured with Triple locks, and top and bottom rollers.
